Prior to becoming the CISO and Managing Partner at r S v p Security Consultants, Steven led 2 companies, Western Union and Regions Financial Corporation in establishing the Technology Risk Management Departments. In the roles of CISO and VP of Technology Risk Management, Steven was responsible for management in the areas of Internet/vendor access, business continuity, technology risk management, user provisioning, mainframe/data security, IDS, and vulnerability management.

Steven has served in many security panels and has toured the U.S. speaking about implementing automated user provisioning, secure development life cycle and securing banking applications. From 1996 to 2002, Steven was the CIO and co-founder of IR Network Solutions, an Internet/Network Security firm that catered to Government agencies, banking institutions, medical institutions and legal firms.
As a true “geek” of this industry Steven has a keen and unique understanding of the technical complexities of security and how to implement them according to the business complexities and government requirements of this industry. His understanding of what it takes to put it all together and his vast skills in management have allowed him to find the true balance of risk vs. operations and his facility to reach this rare combination is second to none!
Rosa Sanitago Zimmerman has a passion for business development – and has led a very successful career doing just that. Rosa has over 18 years of business development and project management experience. In 1996, with less than $1000 in the bank and as a single mom Rosa started International Resources based on the needs she felt the Georgia had to recruit multilingual professionals and executives. Within 4 weeks of establishing her corporation and booting up her $500 used computer, she landed her 3 biggest clients: SunTrust Bank, CNN and Mead Packaging. After 5 years in business, Rosa sold International Resources data base to the competition, closed the firm, and set her goals on assisting her new husband in a new and exciting business development project. She has been a key leader in the successes of IR Network Solutions, Shall We Paint? A Pottery Playhouse, RSZ Interiors, p3t3rz and her newest venture Zumba with China.
